Contemporary Pennsylvania artist Jill Peckelun is a plein air and studio painter who works in the tradition of Bucks County Impressionist painters. The studio paintings often evolve from small oil sketches done en plein air, on location, alla prima, in one go.
Jill Peckelun has won numerous awards in juried fine art exhibitions on a regional, national and international basis and was awarded signature member status in the International Society of Acrylic Painters in 2004.
